TEAM WAIVER AND RELEASE OF LIABILITY:

On behalf of myself and all team members listed above, I acknowledge and agree to the following:
Assumption of Risk:
Participation in the Excel Cricket Club 8v8 Wind Ball Cricket Tournament involves physical activity that may result in injury, including but not limited to sprains, fractures, or other bodily harm. We voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation.
Waiver of Liability:
We hereby release, waive, and discharge Excel Cricket Club, its organizers, sponsors, volunteers, staff, and affiliated parties from any and all claims, liabilities, or causes of action for personal injury, illness, damage, or loss of property incurred during or in connection with this tournament.
Fitness to Participate:
All team members affirm that they are physically fit and capable of participating in the tournament and will not hold Excel Cricket Club responsible for any medical condition arising during participation.
Medical Authorization:
In case of emergency, we authorize the tournament organizers to seek medical treatment for any team member, understanding that the cost of such treatment is the sole responsibility of the individual(s) affected.
Code of Conduct:
All participants agree to uphold sportsmanship, follow tournament rules, and respect officials, opponents, and organizers. Excel Cricket Club reserves the right to disqualify any team or individual for misconduct or unsafe behavior.
Media Release:
We grant permission to Excel Cricket Club to use photos, videos, or other media from the tournament for promotional purposes.
